fighting for life

Ok my praying friends,
I know you have probably seen me posting about Chibueze(Kingston) since he first came to A Place of Hope a month ago. He needs us to help him in the fight for his little one-year-old life. I'm just asking that you would make yourself a reminder so that you can continually be praying for him throughout this time. We know that God is in control and we know that He is good, even when bad is happening.
Just to give you a better idea of what's going on physically: when he first came he was already severely malnourished and he does have AIDS. It has been a battle of trying to keep medicine and food in his little body. He was either vomiting or having diarrhea. The constant diarrhea and a bad rash are also causing him pain and making it hard to keep him clean. Pray too for the staff that is caring for him..for wisdom and strength.
Thank you so much for your prayers...it makes a difference!
Here is what Bev just posted on facebook:

"Chibueze is in a fight for his little life. Since the day we got him about 4 weeks ago, it has been a roller coaster concerning his health. He has gone from bad to awful to decent, better and then awful again. He is home from the hospital but still is having complications of diarrhea. His little bottom is a mess and he is so very weak. He has AIDS and that just complicates everything. We haven't lost one yet but we know that this little guy as well as all of our kids is Jesus' little one. Please don't give up on praying for him. He seems to do so much better when we post about him and people are praying. Thanks so much."

Bev and Chibueze
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
James 5:13-14

You also must help us by prayer, so that many will give thanks on our behalf for the blessing granted us through the prayers of many.
2 Corinthians 1:11
